Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with the best online shopping experience. Please review the following shipping information to help you understand how we handle orders and delivery.

Shipping Areas

We currently only ship within Ireland. For customers located outside of Ireland, please note that delivery may take longer or may not be possible.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 6 to 11 business days. This includes the time it takes to prepare and dispatch your order through our dropshipping partner, CJ Dropshipping.

Shipping Methods

We use CJPacket Ordinary, a reliable shipping service provided by CJ Dropshipping. While we trust our third-party provider for delivery, we ensure that the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Shipping fees are fixed and are included in the total cost of your order at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before purchasing, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping

Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, we will resend the product at no additional cost.

Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged due to an error on our part, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the damage by the customer, the customer is responsible for replacing the item at their own expense.

Packaging

We use the standard packaging provided by CJ Dropshipping through CJPacket Ordinary. While this packaging is designed to protect your items during transit, please note that we do not offer customized packaging at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched by CJ Dropshipping, you will receive a tracking number via your order management system. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through 17track.net or directly on the carrier’s website, depending on the shipping method used (e.g., CJPacket).

If you have not received tracking information or encounter any issues tracking your order, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your package.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Please note that if you are located in a more remote area outside of major cities in Ireland, delivery times may exceed the 6 to 11 business days range.
