ATHLORA offers athletic and lifestyle apparel available on https://atlhora.com/. We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.
Prices:
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is offered free of charge on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Placing an Order:
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate and complete. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept payments via our secure payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping & Delivery:
We currently ship within Ireland only. Orders are processed and dispatched within 6 to 15 business days via CJPacket Ordinary through our partner CJ Dropshipping. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order on https://www.17track.net/en. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@atlhora.com before the 14-day period expires.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as our return address is located in France. If the return is due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. Damaged, Defective or Lost Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@atlhora.com with photos. If your order is lost in transit, we will resend the product at no additional cost.
Legal Guarantees:
As a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable EU and French consumer law.
Governing Law:
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations applicable to customers in Ireland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless local consumer laws provide otherwise.
